Whither, work?
The NCAA did the unthinkable yesterday and shut down all sports until fall teams return in August, so there's about 150 people here at UAlbany Athletics making lists of things to do in our suddenly very long summer vacation. First thing we did was wipe our four-month white board. Isn't that beautiful?

ReplyDeleteUNC extended spring break by another week and will move to online classes for the rest of the semester (most likely). We are going there today to pickup some of Riley's belongings since we will be a household of 5 for the foreseeable future.
Matthew and Carah are disappointed that our county has not yet closed schools despite neighboring counties having done so.

April 13th is Easter Monday. We were supposed to be returning from our holiday weekend in New Hampshire...it is now questionable whether we will go. Fingers crossed!!
ReplyDeletePaid at the moment! We're wondering how long that will last if this becomes a very extended thing. UAlbany did the same. Long spring break and distance learning after that. Kids schools are closed next week while they evaluate. The real problem? All the things Americans turned to for diversion from work aren't happening! Turning on the TV at night and finding NO SPORTS is incredibly distressing to yours truly! So buy stock in Netflix and Disney, I guess... and Lysoland any soap maker you like.
