Taking a page from Grandpa Bob's playbook, I have deputized Lincoln to be in charge of the 5 cent bottle return operation now that we live in New York. Friday we returned our first 41 bottles. We also discovered that grocery stores only accept brands they sell, so now we're on the hunt for a bottle redemption center that doesn't discriminate. In the meantime, it's a toss-up whether that $2.05 gets saved or spent on a Juicy Drop Pop.
