Thanks in large part to the increased support of Carey and me, the High School football team formerly known as the Niskayuna Silver Warriors romped to the
NYSPHSSA Section 2 Class A title last night, beating the Troy Flying Horses, 28-6. We stuck it out until about midway through the fourth quarter. While we were watching, Troy attempted two passes and both were intercepted. They now play in something called "the Regionals" and need to win the next two Fridays in order to make it to the Class A Super Bowl, which is played at the JMA Dome in Syracuse on December 5th.
