Yeager and Mittens have reached a detente. The cat is allowed to sleep in the kids' bathroom or at the top of the stairs, or even be on the stairs when Yeager trots up them. He is not, however, permitted downstairs when Yeager is around, UNLESS there's food on offer. It's very complicated. This was Saturday when Yeager was resting in the backyard and I was swapping out my summer wardrobe for the fall.
