With the sand quickly running through our summer hourglass, I'm already getting nostalgic for evening runs with the college kid. She's getting a lot faster! The other day her "rolling mile" time after her final kick in the last third was closer to 9 than it was 10 minutes. I'm hoping maybe we can find a Turkey Trot to do together in November when she's home again.
In the meantime, Lincoln has started his Cross Country training, clocking his first workout yesterday. The season starts in about a month.
