It had been a long time since all four of us went to a movie theater, but last night we sat through a tense 105 minutes of "A Quiet Place: Day One." Only $7 per ticket at our local "Bow Tie Cinema" on Tuesdays. Lincoln's girlfriend McKenzie joined us as well and a good time was had by all. It's not going to force a realignment of AFI's Top 100 Movies of All Time, but it was entertaining with a few good jump scares and solid, mostly soundless performances by actors. Carey was graciously buying Lincoln a Dr. Pepper when this selfie was taken.
