Halloween Fun

A series of events leading up to the devil's holiday on Tuesday. First, Linc at his school's annual "Fall Ball," which is a series of stations like face painting or a pumpkin broom race or a creepy cauldron, plus a pretty rockin' DJ in the gym and a magic show in the cafeteria. Parents weren't allowed to drop their kids off and leave, but that's essentially what we all did. Kids just met up with their friends and two hours later we wandered around the hallways looking for them.
He and his friend Nathan got "Illuminati" symbols on their eyes. They had to explain to the High School face painter what to do.
He crushed the Donut on a String game -- eating the whole thing in less than a minute.
Buddy Sid wins my favorite costume -- Cereal Killer.
Second, Greta at her Halloween Social Friday night. NO parents allowed except the chaperones, so all we have is her departure photo. Her costume this year is some sort of woman in the 1800's who apparently likes owls.

Last, Grandpa and Greta carving the annual Jack-o-Cat this afternoon while I was producing UAlbany's dreadful loss to the 1-6 Rhode Island Rams in college football.
