Fall fun

Just a post to catch readers up -- all 3 of you. Greta wore pigtail braids with the rest of her teammates on Wednesday to school and turned in her fastest mile time of 8:01! She placed 32nd in the race with an overall time of 11:22 for 1.4 miles. She posed for a couple nice shots after the race during the golden hour as the sun was setting.

Lincoln found a tree recently that he could stand on without looking like he was climbing.

Yeager and I have had a pair of lovely morning walks this week after getting the kids off to school. We saw three whitetail deer bounding away from us on one of them, but Yeager judged the distance too great and put his nose back to the ground instead of pulling my shoulder out of its socket.
