Wouldn't want to live in it, unless I was filthy rich, but it sure is nice to visit. Down and back for an overnight to celebrate the season with the New York State AFL-CIO, which throws an annual party for their 3,000 member unions, charging them all per table, of course. New York Gov. Hochul blew in and out of the ballroom in 15 minutes and I didn't even see her (she's short), but Lieutenant Gov. Delgado stuck around, probably because he's in his 40s and would like to be the heir apparent if Hochul doesn't run again. Good looking man. And tall. Anyway, saw the midtown holiday sights, which was nice, and ran the entire Central Park loop this morning. Back on a northbound train shortly and looking forward to Greta's arrival tomorrow and a month of nuclear family time.
