Hudson Valley Community College in Troy, N.Y., was the site of Sunday's meet. Linc had a banner day, setting PRs in both the mile (5:25:77) and the pole vault (6'6")! In addition, he ran the anchor leg of the 4x400 relay for the Niskayuna B team -- which clocked 4:27:57 for the joint mile. Carey and I had a great time cheering him on, and she also did her part by raking the long jump pit for a shift.
