We are back at work this week after a lovely week off, including four days at our Adirondacks hideaway. The Santillanes family and Grandma Vickie joined us on Thursday and cousins Allison and Emily stayed behind after they drove back to Syracuse. The kids spent hours on the water, kayaking and swimming. I got in two great bike rides -- one from camp to the South Lake dam with Lincoln and one from camp halfway around North Lake with both kids. The food, as always, was excellent, along with the campfires, the games, the boat rides and the loons.
