When Greta was just old enough to read and starting to coordinate her own incredibly fashion forward outfits, I used to bring home Us Magazine from work and we'd turn to the "Who Wore it Best?" page. I'd cover up the vote percentages and ask her to tell me which celebrity ranked higher among readers when compared to another celeb who wore the same outfit. Inevitably she'd get it right and be so very pleased with herself. Well, I ask you, blog readers, who is wearing the long hair best in this photo?
