Paper mache volcano!

Greta's latest earth science project is a cross section of a volcano. She used recycled cardboard and tape to build the structure, now she's applied paper mache, and she's working on painting it. One side will show the exterior as lava flows down the mountain, while the other will show what happens inside when a volcano erupts. Here she is doing the paper mache part earlier this week. She's really into it -- talking about magma and nutrient-rich lava. Go Science!
