Greta's 6th grade band performed last night at Proctor's Theater in downtown Schenectady. Quite a show -- 6th, 7th & 8th grade bands, plus high school band and high school symphonic band, all joined for various numbers by the Potsdam Crane School Brass Quintet. Anyway, the 6th graders of course sounded the best and the flute sitting third chair from the stage sounded the best of the best. I'll see if Carey got any iPhone videos later, but for now here's our star on stage and the new pair of black shoes that put a spring in her step.
Are any of the songs recognizable, like something from a movie you might've heard before? I also recently had a MPA concert last week.
