It was a chilly start to the opening weekend of the baseball season for the Washington Nationals on April 5. The home team lost, 4-0, to the Philadelphia Phillies, but I caught a t-shirt out of mascot Thomas Jefferson's cannon, and enjoyed catching up with college buddies Dudley and Gardner.
