We enjoyed TWO fine repasts in Syracuse to celebrate the holiday with family. On Saturday, it was a chili cook-off with Aunt Kathy and Uncle Kevin joining us from Rochester. I enjoyed bowls of both, so am going to call it a tie between the beef-based red chili and the chicken-based green chili. Easter Sunday we went more traditional with ham, roast chicken, and all the trimmings. Little weird not having any of the young women there since they're off at their respective institutions of higher learning, but Lincoln and Matt stepped up to do the dishes, leaving Abel and I safe on our respective chairs/couch to watch NCAA basketball.
