Lacing his sneaks before the 1600 start -- baller move!

Mom and Dad came down to watch Linc run in his (fourth?) track meet yesterday. Our budding star clocked a PR of 5:43 in the 1600 (mile) and ran the 200 meters for the first time. Said he didn't really enjoy the latter, so thinks coach will probably keep him in the middle distance races from now on. We watched a little pole vault during lulls on the track and I think he should give that a shot. Looks super fun, if a wee bit dangerous!
