Like liquor for chocolate...

Bonus points to readers who get the headline reference and can name the movie star!

A belated post about a Christmas gift that was never really Carey's but that probably will be every year from now on.  When we were in Syracuse in late December, she noticed a box of mini bottles on Grandma and Grandpa's table. Turns out they were a Christmas gift to Grandpa Larry from one of the neighbors whose lawn he mows. Inside were 64 mini bottles, about 2" high, made of dark chocolate and filled with eight premium liquors. Being a good boy, Larry doesn't drink or consume too much sugar, so Carey was invited to sample the treats. And she did, with gusto! My dear wife reports that two bottles are the equivalent of a shot, so go easy. Also, if you're ever given a choice, try the Drambuie Scotch and Sobieski Vodka before moving on to the others (Jim Beam bourbon, Canadian Club and Famous Grouse whiskeys, Matusalam rum, Remy Martin cognac and something called Cointreau, which is French and therefore doesn't have to tell you precisely what kind of liquor it is.)
