Lake, that is, not Finland. She journeyed north to Lapland Lake XC Ski Center with her friend Elise and her parents on Sunday. I would have joined, but the greatest World Cup Final of my lifetime was played at 10 a.m. and I'm glad I stayed home! But I think we'll make the trek back there between Christmas and New Year's -- looks beautiful!
