I'm in Rodman with Yeager and Sara for a few days of Merrill nuclear family time and Mittens apparently got the memo.  We rode out Izzy yesterday with about 4-5". The kind of snow that incapacitates most of the country, but in Jefferson County, N.Y., is known as a Monday in January. Yeager is happy to have a couple new hands scratch him and really enjoys occupying the second position in the bed. We re-taught ourselves Canasta to pass the time yesterday and for the historical record I note that the women more than doubled-up the men.
