Ultimate Frisbee

It's one of the clubs Lincoln signed up for at the club fair -- along with German Club and Book Club. Nobody really knows what the latter is. Read stuff you don't read in school? Anyway, frisbee is fun so far -- about 15-20 kids, and a middle school teacher who runs it. She really drills them, teaching different throwing techniques and making them do laps and push ups! Practice is every Sunday from 4-6pm, so Yeager and I always time a dog walk through the fields of the high school during that window. This Sunday Yeager sat right down on the sideline to watch for about 15 minutes. It probably helped that he was chewing on a tennis ball he had found outside the courts earlier in the walk. We don't get any club competition until the spring, but the team practices through the fall until it's too cold to be outside for two hours.
