"Hacks" on HBO Max having been recently binged, the family now watches "Survivor" a day or two after it airs Wednesdays on CBS. Carey and I have been watching for almost 20 years, with the kids coming on board a couple seasons ago, on and off. I think this season they're hooked and will watch the full run. It's shorter -- just 26 days compared to the usual 39 -- and there's a chance a contestant will get pulled from the game because they contract a deadly respiratory virus, so the danger is heightened! My favorites so far -- Shan the Canadian pastor, and Evvie, the PhD student.
