No time for anything more than a photo of the hound. We are in the stretch run planning PEF's 43rd Annual Convention, which starts Sunday in Niagara Falls and runs through Oct. 27.  500+ New York State public employees in a big conference center, no proof of vaccination required, but wearing wristbands that are color-coded to indicate they can be hugged or high-fived (green), or just elbow bumped (yellow), or stay the hell away from me (red). Guess what color I'll be sporting?
