Lazing into the weekend

With legit snow days on Thursday and Friday, the kids are chasing an ersatz weekend with a defacto one. The dog walks have been shorter with neighborhood roads still not very walkable, so Yeager has been catching up on his rest as well. Most exciting thing on the docket this weekend is UAlbany's first basketball games of the season. They're doing back-to-back conference games to limit pandemic travel. So those miracle boys from UMBC are in town for Saturday-Sunday afternoon tilts. I'll be in a socially-distant control room, double masked, for about two hours each afternoon. Fingers crossed! I miss it quite a bit and I love earning extra money, so I've deemed it worth the health risk. Check with me again in 14 days.
