For you rural school folks, remember Future Farmers of America (FFA)? How about the other one that would now potentially be considered sexist? FHA? Future Homemakers of America? Well, Greta is a proud member of Future Veterinarians of America after a week with the fine folks at Schenectady County Community College. In no particular order she pet very large lizards, grew bacteria in a petri dish, dissected a crayfish and a sheep's heart, and set her stuffed deer's leg. Yes, that's real vet tape, though the splints are made of popsicle sticks. I'm told Flora should be back on all four feet and running recklessly across highways very soon.
