A little R&R...

For readers who don't see my Facebook posts, here are a few shots from my annual Bros, Bikes and Beer getaway with my buddy Gardner. This year's destination was Burlington, Vt. Great scenery, roads, trails, food -- and did I mention beer? We pedaled about 30 miles on day one, visiting our alma mater, Middlebury, and enjoyed some trail riding at Kingdom Trails in East Burke, Vt., on day two. Watched the new Transformers flick and caught a Lucinda Williams concert in the evenings. 

Now we're back home and starting the summer routine. Kids are at camp from 9-1 and then with a sitter until Carey gets home about 530ish. Lucky for us they genuinely like summer camp and this year's sitter, a local gal named Cheyenne.
