So long, summer

We celebrated the solstice with an early afternoon trip to the Essex County Turtleback Zoo. It's really a heck of a facility for a county zoo. Bears, wolves, penguins, monkeys, and now sea lions and a manta ray/shark touch tank. I didn't take pictures of any of that, of course, just a quartet of kids saying goodbye to the eighth and sixth summers of their lives.
