Spring break

The first day back after a week off went fairly well, all things considered. Both kids were up by 730 and we had an hour together before commuting to school. They continue to share stories about their four days with Grandma Pat and Grandpa Jerry. Tonight they even asked for asparagus "like Grandma Pat makes." Dad sent me this photo today. That's a live ladybug in the center that Greta used a magnifying glass to study and draw.
