Front yard play
We've been doing a lot of it this week as the kitchen remodel drags on. Greta can finally pedal her tricycle (thanks, AK!) and Lincoln enjoys his wooden Radio Flyer scooter (thanks, random garage sale!). I'll get some pictures of them wheeling around soon. For now, here they are playing with a chalk rainbow rake (thanks, Grandma Vickie!) and enjoying a confectionery treat while counting red and blue cars.

Fear not, grandparents/AK...Greta's actually been riding a tricycle for a long time. But she is now capable of pedaling down to the corner shop, to the playground, etc. She is excited to get a "big girl" bike soon!
ReplyDeleteOh stop ... she just started pedaling for longer than 10 feet. Anything before that doesn't count!
ReplyDeleteShe's been riding a tricycle since she was in daycare at Fort Myers, my dear. And at pre-school, she'd pedal in the gym for half an hour. WE'RE the ones who are now letting her ride for longer than 10 feet!
