A nice one here, with a full house for half of it. Carey and Greta got home around dinnertime on Saturday and on Sunday Greta and I got some Christmas shopping done in the morning and then we all met at Lincoln's second indoor track meet of the year at Union College. He tied his PR again at 8'6" in the pole vault.

apparently he needs to "invert" as he climbs the pole. His feet should be above his head as he clears it.
