Lincoln and Carey checked out the first two colleges of his search on Friday, day tripping to Boston for a tidy 6-ish hours in the car and 6-ish hours touring Northeastern and Boston College. Lincoln informed me when he got home he "could see himself at either" and enjoyed all the talk about collegiate hockey. B.C., Northeastern, Harvard and Boston University compete annually in the "Beanpot," a two-weekend affair that the Huskies of Northeastern won this year for just the ninth time (in 72 years). Since I wasn't there the photos are pretty lackluster, but it's somehow fitting for Linc, who doesn't even like to read about himself in this blog.
My friend went to a Beanpot game! He's having a good time at Northeastern, and I visited myself. Nice school!
