While Carey got a cut and color on Saturday, I dragged the kids and dog to Indian Kills. Greta wore slip on shoes and ankle socks. Her feet were soaked within minutes. "Gotta keep moving to keep them warm, Yeager!" Linc wore sneakers and swears they didn't get wet. Yeager dried his paws on leaves just minutes after sloshing through mud. Greta took my phone for half the walk and this nature caught her eye.I got everyone to stand still for half a second for this shadow shot, but Yeager couldn't resist a little photo bombing.
Tomorrow, I'll post a photo of Greta with her latest art project inspired by activism. For now, here's our teenage tree-hugger.
