The Girl Scouts have just about run out of ideas. Last weekend they stacked cans in the Capitol concourse that were allegedly "colored" to recreate various insignia. At least after passers-by get tired of trying to make sense of it, the food will be delivered to local pantries. Bonus points if anyone can guess what another local troop tried to make with their cans -- the last image.
It's a dragon. Not sure what the misc. cans in the middle are supposed to be though.
