Varsity Hoops

Greta's basketball coach -- who also coaches the Niskayuna Silver Warriors team -- invited anyone who participated in the Saturday clinics and scrimmages to attend the final home game of the season last night. Our kids groaned a bit about not being able to watch TV after dinner, but enjoyed themselves at the game, I think. Lincoln was quite an enthusiastic cheerleader and Greta managed to put her book away except during timeouts and halftime. Both hated the substitution horn. I'm kind of amazed they haven't found a way to mellow that noise out in the 26 years since I graduated. It's always very jarring in an echoing gymnasium. Anyway, I took a few zoom shots from our bleacher seats.
