We're pretty starved for it here in the capital region. I'd guess total accumulation for the year so far is about 8". Kind of depressing. So when a couple inches fell on Tuesday, the kids were eager to go play in it. They built a fort and then destroyed it, they tossed snowballs at each other, and they slid down the neighbor's sloped front yard.
