Both kids were brave again on Sunday, inching their way across the ice and gaining confidence. When the 30-minute lesson ended, Lincoln just took off (using that term loosely) and started making a big lap around the rink. I caught him tentatively gliding away from the wall on the far end.

Greta was the slowest in her group, which worked in her favor at times, prompting the instructor to give her some personal attention.
