The dude abides

We'd been threatening to do it for awhile now and today we made good on the promise. We took the kids bowling to Eagle Rock Lanes. First, we admired our shoes.

Then we picked our ballz. 6 lbs for the kids, made out of some space-age light stuff. A four-holer for me, which I enjoyed very much.







The kids first trips down the lane were cautious, but once Lincoln discovered the Kids Chute, he got into it, rolling two strikes!

Yes, this was his reaction after one of his strikes. Priceless.

Greta tried the roller for a bit, but decided she was strong enough to do it herself using a very unique delivery.

For you stat heads out there, Greta bowled a 74 in game one and Lincoln a 70. They tied with a 84 in game two. Yours truly was high scorer with a 152, using the bumpers only twice.  My glutes hurt already.
