How we sleep XLIV

In order to pull off our date night Saturday in Washington, we told the kids they could have a movie night with Aunt Kathy. We brought half a dozen movies with us, but of course when we were walking through the Ballston Mall and saw they were practically giving away DVDs at Fye Music, we purchased Enchanted. The kids recently watched it twice when we signed it out of the library and loved it -- the irrepressible chipmunk, the clueless henchman and the incomparable Amy Adams (who Dad has yet to interview, but she's on The List.) We set up their air mattresses in front of AK's new 46" Toshiba and snapped one photo as the DVD loaded.

Sorry I didn't get one of Aunt Kathy sitting between them on the couch, as I'm sure she did a lot of that. But she reports when the movie finished, she read each a book, told them it was bedtime, turned off the lights and everyone was asleep by 930.
