Or almost one, in any case. Very little happened. Carey and I watched at least two movies in the evenings (maybe 3?), we're all on track in our long-distance training (15K on Nov. 10 for Carey and me, another half marathon on Nov. 24 for me and Lincoln), and Lincoln endured the first four days of Cross Country practice. Today he is day-tripping to Syracuse with friends to meet up with Will at the State Fair. Will just started at Syracuse University but his best friends, and girlfriend, are all a year behind him at Niskayuna. Not much on the docket for the holiday weekend. Sara and her college friends are at South Lake for their annual reunion, so that's not an option. UAlbany does kick off its football season on Saturday evening, hosting the Long Island University Sharks at 7pm under the lights. Otherwise, it's rest, more TV, more runs, lots of dog walks. Be sure to thank a union member on Monday. Because Matt Gilmore says every post needs a photo, here's Lincoln and McKenzie after having made some brownie cookies a week or so ago.
