As the year winds to a close, Carey would like readers to know that she practiced yoga every day in 2021! YouTube entrepeneur Adriene in Austin, Texas, was the financial beneficiary for the last three or four months after Carey took advantage of all her free content. Now she proudly comes upstairs between 645-7, wakes me up, and tells me it was "yoga for balance today," or "yoga for the lower back" or "yoga for abs." It's impressive, for sure. And it's apparent when I hug her. My almost 50-year-old wife is super toned. But maybe more impressive? Doing tree pose atop our roof after cleaning the gutters this morning.
