Flower bombing South Orange

Carey got wind of some civil disobedience on Sunday morning and signed up the whole family. The South Orange Village Center Alliance, SOVCA to those who prefer unpronounceable acronyms, bought 5,000 Emperor Orange tulip bulbs and recruited lackeys to dig into the rock hard dirt in various beds around town.
