Baking before breakfast

The first day in Syracuse dawned with five pie crusts and lots of flour on Greta's face. By my count only one has made it into the oven -- a strawberry rhubarb -- but I'm told a coconut cream and a chocolate pudding (a belated birthday gift from Grandma Vickie to our friend Damond back home) are on the agenda tomorrow. I'm not sure about the fourth and the fifth is destined to just be an Elephant's Ear, if the pachyderm really liked cinnamon sugar.
