Backyard play

It's finally warm enough for the kids to spend 30 minutes or so outside after school while Carey makes dinner. She's been watching them through the kitchen window and snapped this photo. She'd like to know what they're talking about on the bench.

In better indoor light, she also captured them snuggling on the window seat. Here's hoping they always feel so fondly toward each other.
