Macy's Parade 2011

Yes, we did it again. And yes, it was bearable. Same spot as a couple years ago, on 7th Ave. between 41st & 42nd Streets. It's a nice vantage point because the balloons come right at you, then turn left on 42nd, so you get the head-on and the profile shot. The kids were great for the first hour then ran out of steam. I finally convinced Carey to leave at about 1130, just in time for an 1152 train home and kickoff of the Lions/Packers game!  Anyway, Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours.
