Fall Festival

Because we pay the fourth-highest taxes in the country in Essex County, N.J., and because 57% of those taxes go to our schools, we had to have a PTA fundraiser on Saturday so Greta's class can have pencils. Carey baked 90 cupcakes Friday night and (wo)maned the frost-your-own cupcake booth for a couple hours while the kids and I played on the playground.
