Independence weekend

We spent the first day lounging at the community pool.  Greta has had one day of swim lessons at summer camp and now believes she can swim. Which means she kicks her feet off the pool floor and paddles for about half a second. If kicking off the pool wall, she can stretch it to a second or two. Next nice day I'll bring the camera with me. Yesterday ended with a game of "Pretty Pretty Princess" -- a board game Greta got for her birthday. The winner gets to wear the crown, but as you can see, even 4-year-old boys collect baubles along the way.
