Daycare report

Lincoln's daycare sends a weekly note to parents summarizing what they did each week in an effort to secure their $1,126.67 for the next month. Anyway, this week was the first time the email contained a photograph of Lincoln:

This weeks’ theme was nature. We discussed the different things you find in Nature, like: trees, flowers leaves, animals, water and weather. We had a lot of outdoor activities planned to help us discover nature around us. However, “Mother Nature” had other plans with a week full of rain!

For Language Arts we read some Nature books. We focused on the letter P. We asked “What begins with the letter P?” Here are the responses: (It was nice to see how creative they were thinking of their own words.)
