OK, so I've been inspired by the Chief White House Correspondent of NBC News to continue this so-called blog. Funny how life works. I'd link to David Gregory's blog, but being a public figure he's made it invitation only. You'll just have to trust me that his family is very photogenic and their new Cadillac Escalade, while not exactly environmentally friendly, safely and comfortably transports his 3 young children and their Mom & Dad.
The dateline will tell you, but it's Feb. 25, 2006. We won't bother filling in the 9-month gap. Greta Corleen Merrill is a happy, healthy, skinny, long, funny, sweet baby girl. 16 lbs, 5 oz., 28" at her last checkup on Feb. 14. She spends her days at Happy & Healthy Daycare, which obviously explains the first two adjectives. From what I understand, she spends most of her time watching the other kids, who Mama Dhillon (chief daycare provider) constantly chastises for rubbing their germ-stained hands all over Greta. But it's just a matter of time before Greta starts to walk and from there it's not far to taking over leadership of the entire unruly lot.
OK, enough babble. Pictures. Let me figure out photos, since that's what the grandparents will come to see.
