Greta was ticket No. 133 for the Niskayuna High School Homecoming Dance on Saturday night, which means at least that many teenagers packed the gym, probably a hundred or so more. Greta's observations, since I wasn't there: 1) They should provide snacks. 2) No slow songs are played, although some couples dance slow to fast songs. 3) Kissing is definitely allowed. 4) There should be games or dance competitions to keep kids engaged.
Our daughter looked lovely and enjoyed some Mommy & Me time getting
ready about 90 minutes prior. They picked up a dress from Marshall's,
which can double as her concert band dress for the year. Or as Carey put
it: Every young woman should have a little black dress.
