Six fellow sixth graders came over on Saturday afternoon, spent the night, and went home Sunday morning with a belly full of waffles. Linc had a great time hosting. After some yard games upon arrival, the boys set out on a neighborhood "Selfie Scavenger Hunt" dreamed up by, guess who, Mommy. They had to find the things in her clues and then pose for a photo next to them. An ingenious content-creation scheme that gave us some funny photos.
Dinner was pizza and the evening's movie was "Ready Player One." I'm so glad we built a Boy Cave.
They finally settled down about Midnight and slept until 6ish. Watched "Ant Man & the Wasp" while Mommy made waffles and then they took their first insulin injections before parents picked them up.
